The RB frame was built through a long demanding hand-made process. Only by
keeping the strict standards of the individual piece production we are able to
produce frames in a quality that has no comparison. This way we have been
producing it 18years and it is something unusual. We control precisely every
step of the manufacture. Therefore we can undersign the quality of every frame
or bike leaving our work-room.

The development of every RB frame is in progress of the program equipment
Pro/ENGINEER of the company PTA solving the strength calculations via the finite
element method. This program warrants achievement of optimal rate
weight/stiffness/durability of the frame thanks to the variety of its
functions and variability of usable additive modules. This development (from the Race

Tech, 2D and Race Logic companies) is afterwards promoted by demanding tests
during the races together with the software systems for data recording of
the tested prototypes. These tests allow a quick confirmation development and
constructional trend in racing conditions and a quick application of the
certified knowledge into the manufacture.

The testing in the hardest conditions of the World cup races, the World
Championship or Rampage confirm development and construction trend. The
knowledge of the top racers is completed with the sophisticated telemeter
numeric data. As a result is the optimal geometry together with
extraordinary stiffness. That gives the RB frames unbeatable riding qualities.

The production is made exclusively of the 7020-T6 materials by the Canadian
ALCOA company. It runs through the most up to date CNC data controlled units
directly constructed with the Pro/ENGINEER software.

Your frame is being entirely welded by the best in this field. Hand welding
is still irreplaceable in the production of the top quality frames. Only the
hand of an experienced welder can provide the frame with all the require
features and it can avoid the must to sharpen the welds in order to hide craft imperfection.

The heat treatment pays interest to the further qualities within every RB
frame. The RB frames only come through double heat, computer controlled
treatment. The long-term process, individuality of heating periods and
further cooling is a very time demanding process and therefore impossible in the regular mass-production.
