Guaranty Conditions

There is 2 years guarantee period for RB frames.
Guarantee applies to the first owner and to the frame put down in the guarantee certificate.
Guarantee refers to design, production and material defects. Guarantee doesn’t refer to defects caused by excessive use, fault of user or by incorrect use, maintenance or service.
The justness of guarantee confirms the produces not a distributor.
RB retain the right to have a final decision in both as guarantee as non-guarantee repair.
All defects of RB frames are repairable any part of frame of fork is possible to replace by a new one and only RB decides how the defect will be eliminated. The ownership of the replaced parts passes to RB. In the case that the claimed model is not produced any more the distributor will replace it with an actual one.
Guarantee and after guarantee service will be provided by the distributor who sold you the product.
Claim for replacement progress
Contact the distributor. The product must be sent or delivered personally, must be complete, clean and with original of guarantee certificate, bill and filled RB letter of replacement that you get from the distributor. Documents delivered additionally won’t be considered.

Guarantee is invalid if defect is caused by the following:

a) defect is caused by fault of user not by producer

b) defect is caused by using the frame for disciplines and activities not designed for and not designated by the producer

c) defect is caused by bump, stone, seatpost, bow dens and so on

d) if the client replaces original part by a non original one or will make any modification of the product even in the case that guarantee is applied for another defect

e) serial number of the product is removed or damaged

f) if client applies guarantee with delay after finding the defect or if the client used the product after he found the defect

g) defect is caused by fixing and using defective or inadequate parts

h) defect is caused by not keeping instructions from producer, not making appropriated maintenance, common use

i) if the guarantee certificate is not filled in properly or if the bill is without date, signature, stamp or if any of the items is illegible

j) if any condition of claim for replacement is disobeyed
Additional conditions for full suspended frames

k) if defect is caused by wrong adjustment of shock and fork

l) if defect is caused by use of shock and fork of different length and travel than the frame is designed for
